We are unable to accept returns past 30 days of original order date.
If there is a problem with your order, please let us know within 3 days of receipt of order and we will make our best effort to resolve the issue. All returns must be AUTHORIZED by our customer service department and we do not offer refunds, rather a store credit.
Shipping Charges are non-refundable
Balloons, gumballs and food-related items are non refundable.
Items eligible for return must be authorized, unused, unopened and returned within 14 days of the date your order was received.
Store credit will be provided after return has been received, inspected and assessed a 15% restocking fee.
All luxury favors purchased in quantity are non refundable.
If package is refused or returned undeliverable, all round-trip shipping costs will be deducted from credit or refund.
We aim to ship out your order as soon as possible, usually within 24 hours of payment receipt, but please allow up to 3 business days for order processing. Orders placed on weekends and holidays will begin processing the following business day.
Once processed, packages will ship USPS (United States Post Office or UPS (United Parcal Service).You will receive an email when your package has been shipped and the expected arrival date. We cannot be responsible for transit times, which is the responsibility of the carrier. We cannot be responsible for lost or stolen packages once we have tendered to the carrier. If package is refused or returned undeliverable, all round-trip shipping costs will be deducted from credit or refund.X
